Sarva Hitta Asanas, Yoga That is Good For All

They consist of a steady flow of movements that are united with the breath to focus the mind, improve concentration, release stress, rejuvenate joints, relax muscles, and improve flexibility, circulation and digestion. Each lesson includes systematic development of the yoga breathing techniques known as pranayama, conscious relaxation exercises and supportive meditation practices. The Full Yoga Breath and Pranayama Nadi Shodhan Level 1 (balancing the nervous system) are practiced with the Self Enquiry Meditationwhich at this level aims to nurture complete physical and mental relaxation.

As an introduction to the Yoga in Daily Life System, Level 1 is a solid foundation and a smooth progression to thoroughly prepare the body and mind for the yoga exercises in the following Levels.
