Practice Level 3 of Yoga in Daily Life

skandharasanaYour practice of Levels 1 and 2 have generally improved the body's physical condition, increased flexibility of the spine and heightened awareness to the importance of relaxation. It has been emphasised that each exercise be practiced slowly, with full concentration, coordinating movement with the breath, pausing in each position. As practice continues in Level 3 it becomes even more necessary to pay attention to the precise movement of each exercise.
