International Day of Yoga 21st June in Brisbane

On 21 June 2015, Brisbane will join the world in observing the first International Day of Yoga. Yoga is an ancient and holistic science of health, encompassing the science of body, mind, consciousness and soul. Yoga is a means of living life to its fullest potential that can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition.

To celebrate, a free community event will be held at Roma St Parklands, where Brisbane ashram director Sadhvi Shivjyoti Puri will teaching from 11am. For those who aren't able to physically make it to the parklands, the event will also be telecast. This will be a popular event, so don't miss out!
